The role spans solution design, technical delivery, and architectural governance across Copilot and AI engagements.
Copilot & AI solution architecture: Design Copilot- and AI-enabled solutions grounded in client business context, data, and processes - translating high-value use cases into secure, scalable technical designs and delivery plans.
Agent and solution delivery: Build, extend, and maintain AI agents and Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and relevant Azure AI services, ensuring quality, performance, and robust documentation.
Integration & security by design: Define integration patterns and ensure alignment with enterprise security, identity, and data governance requirements - supporting responsible and compliant AI adoption.
End-to-end technical leadership: Own the technical delivery across key phases - from design to deployment and operational handover-defining best-practice architecture patterns and ensuring implementation excellence.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with the Copilot/AI Lead, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to manage scope, technical risks, and dependencies, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capability building: Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, AI, and Azure developments, and contribute to reusable patterns, playbooks, and internal enablement to scale our Copilot & AI capability.
The role provides a clear mandate within our Copilot and AI agenda, with the opportunity to apply your expertise where it creates the greatest impact for clients and the business.
